After his 20 year experience in France Philippe`s curiosity and passion for cooking took him on a search for the different tastes of Latin America stopping first in Mexico to head the kitchen of the only Relais & Chateau in Mexico city.
Later Philippe expanded his experience both in the country and in his career acting as Chief Executive of the most prestigious school of Gastronomy in the world: Le Cordon Bleu.
Still in Latin America Philippe had the opportunity to travel and get to know the different spices and tastes of Brazil, Peru, Cuba, Costa Rica, Jamaica and Panamá.
An expert in classic and modern French cuisine Philippe Moulin brings his international cooking expertise and dynamism to the Santa Teresa Hotel where he acts as Head Chef and offers the best of French cuisine techniques with sophisticated tastes of Brazilian and world products.
